2. Important information for students & families

Packing list

1:45 pm - Report to MHS

2:30 pm -  Load buses for departure

4:00 pm - Arrive at UW-Whitewater

~5:45 pm - Warm-up

7:00 pm -  MHS performs

After the MHS Performance: Concessions are available or eat a packed dinner. Watch other bands.

10:30 pm  - Awards Ceremony

11:00 pm - Load buses for MHS

~12:00 am - Unload buses at MHS

3. Event Details

• Admissions:  Ticket office and gate open at approx. 11:00am.  Tickets will be available for purchase on the WSMA website prior to the event. 

  • Standard ticket price available online or at the ticket office on October 16:

  • Adult $16.00;

  • Student $9.00 (Students: 18 and under or with a valid student ID)

  • Senior $9.00 (Seniors: 55 and over)

• Tickets will also be available for purchase at the UW-Whitewater Perkins Stadium ticket booth on the day of the event. 

  Advanced tickets thru October 15: Adult $15.00; Student/Senior $8.00

• Parking

  • Parking near Perkins Stadium is limited.

  • Parking permits are required for some lots & are available for online purchase in advance for $6 or at the event for $10 (cash only).
