Hello Band Families,


There is only one week left to register for the 2025 Marching band! All registrations are due by  March 14th end of day. Please go to  THIS link to start your registration process! New members, please go in order as listed on the website so you can keep track of the process. Please note registration with the high school activities website doesn't open until July 1st. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to erothacker@mcpasd.k12.wi.us


If submitting fees through our booster website, please allow paypal a few seconds to process the payment. There is a slight delay once the payment is submitted before it's processed by paypal.

Hello everyone,


Firstly a big congratulations on your performance at Sauk Prairie! The band took first place overall and won all captions including best music, best visual, best colorguard, and best percussion. 


Please see below for some important updates!

Field Trip Rehearsal 10/16 - Students Dismissed at 11:30am for lunch

Field Trip Rehearsal 10/16

If your attendance isn't correct, please let us know after 24 hours. Sometimes it can take the process longer with the number of students we have. Attendance can be changed at any time. Please do not call in to our attendance office as it can often slow the process down. Students, a reminder to go to the south commons, for food, then head immediately out to the field for our LAST rehearsal of the season!


Homecoming Parade 10/16

Student call time is 5:15pm 

Dress is cardinal colors if possible (it's a relaxed parade)

Song - Anti-Hero (please read through before the day to remember your music, you may use flip folders)

Parade route - One lap around the school. Students may leave immediately following the parade


WSMA State Championships 10/19/24

Call Time for all students - 9:00am

Inspection - 10:15am 

Depart Middleton for UW-Whitewater - 10:30am

Arrive at UW-Whitewater - 11:45am

Watch AA School performances/lunch - 11:45-1:30pm

Perform! - 3:30pm

AA & AAAA Awards Ceremony - 4:54pm

Depart UW-Whitewater ~ 5:30pm

Return to Middleton High School and unload ~ 6:15pm


Students, please remember to bring "Salvation" as a final send off to our seniors in the lot afterwards. Please look through the music and be ready to perform for our seniors. Before the competition day; Stop. Look. Locate all items you will need during the day. Be prepared and ready to have an amazing show!


Additional State Championship Information

Please see the linked document here for information on ordering tickets, state sweatshirts, parking, etc. Families, please come and support your students and cheer on their accomplishments at their final performance! You'll have a chance to see bands in other divisions as well as our own and see the full scale experience at state! Your cheering and support helps engage the crowd! We hope to see you there at the culmination of the competitive season!

End of Season Event

Students, we'll have a final get together, pizza party, and hand out some section awards on the 21st of October 4:30-5:30pm in the North Commons before jazz starts! More info will be shared via the band app and announcements this week


Potential Football Playoff Games

If our team is headed to playoffs and they have home games that we are planning to attend, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Hello,


Please see below for updates as we push into the back end of the season! Thank you for your patience waiting on final schedules for competition days, we send them out once we have the final information from the event hosts. All competitions have concessions available, but food availability and time to get concessions is not guaranteed. Please bring food/snacks (not just candy) to hold you over as many of these competitions place our warm ups around lunch time. 


Stoughton Competition 10/6/24

Call Time for Contras, Percussion, and Colorguard - 11:00am

Call Time for all - 11:45am

Inspection - 12:30pm

Depart Middleton to Stoughton - 1:00pm

Competition Begins - 2:00pm

Middleton Performance - 3:00pm

Awards - 3:30pm
