MHS Band Summer Camp

We will be hosting our MHS band summer camp again this year from 9AM-3:00 PM June 12-16th. We will once again host collegiate professors on each instrument from regional colleges to provide individualized and small group instruction for all band instruments. This is an incredible opportunity at a great value. The camp is $250 for the week and you can register online here . Registration is due by Friday.

Silent Auction Closing Soon

Our silent auction closes tonight at 7:15PM. You can see these items in person at tonight's concert and can bid online at any time. Please log on to our website and bid here for your opportunity to support the band program.

5/3/23 - CORRECTED Jazz Tracs Start Time, and Reminder for Final Concerts

Spring Concerts (5/9 & 5/10)

Please join us at the final curricular band concert of the season to celebrate the hard work of students from the last few months. The May 10th concert will feature a celebration of our graduating seniors

Cardinal Band, Concert Band, & Chamber Winds - May 9th

Symphonic Winds & Chamber Winds - May 10th (all seniors recommended to attend to celebrate your accomplishments)

Both concerts start at 7:30pm in the PAC

Call time for performers is 6:50pm

Jazz Tracs (5/19) CONCERT TIME CORRECTED - 7:00pm

The original start time sent via email was incorrect and we apologize for any confusion. The concert will start at 7:00pm. Call time for performers will be adjusted to 6:30pm.

Dress rehearsals for performers will still be 5/18 starting at 6:00pm in the PAC on May 18th.

Percussion Final Concert May 21st

Please join us May 21st for a final presentation of pieces prepared by our advanced percussion classes during this year. The event will start promptly at 4pm in the PAC.

5/3/23 - MHS Band Spring Fundraiser -- Donations, Desserts, and Diamonds

Dear MHS band families,

We are so excited for our first ever Donations, Desserts and Diamonds event next week! This event will feature drinks, desserts, and good company - plus a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, and the chance to win a diamond!

This spring fundraiser helps support our wonderful MHS band program. New instruments, guest artists, specialist staff, jazz band, marching band - so much of the "above and beyond" that makes MHS band amazing is funded through the band boosters and donations from our families and community.

When: May 9th & 10th, from 6:00-7:30pm (before each band concert)

Where: MHS North Commons

Silent Auction: We have a series of exciting gift baskets from some great community donors that are already available for bidding.

50/50 Raffle and Diamond Entry: Tickets will be available for purchase at the event.

Silent auctions and raffles not your thing? Please come anyway and enjoy the time before the concerts with some refreshments. If you are in a position to do so, consider making a tax-deductible donation to the band boosters instead.
