Hello MHS Band Students and Parents:
Don't forget that the annual MHS Band & Orchestra Fruit Sale is happening right now! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and is critical to fund the events and programming that make MHS Band great.
The fruit sale is our only "selling things" fundraiser of the year, and it has been a community staple for decades. Money from the fruit sale helps fund instruments, clinicians and guest artists, solo & ensemble, jazz ensembles, marching band, and student scholarships.

Participation is not required, but we do ask that each student try to sell 5 items as a "fair share" starting point. Don't want to sell fruit? Please consider a direct donation and/or volunteering at Delivery Day!
When selling, a personal invitation to friends and family members really helps. Consider sharing a little bit about what you do in the band and what you like about it. Please see below for a sample email you can use (written by a band parent):
