  • Closed-toe shoes

  • Short athletic socks

  • Shorts (preferably non-athletic shorts: khaki, navy, etc. Nothing loud or shiny)

  • Middleton shirt of some kind

    • Please do not wear the marching band show shirt from any year

    • If you don't own any middleton gear, wear a white, black, or red shirt

    • Shirt should cover your midriff.

What to bring:

  • Instrument

  • Music in a flip folder (extra flip folders available)

  • Lyre (music holder) for your instrument

  • Sunscreen if needed

  • Water bottle (can be left on the bus)

  • Food optional (Snack provided, usually granola bars and bottled water. Lunch provided, usually something like hot dogs, chips, soda. If you have dietary preferences, consider packing food.)

If you play a school instrument:

  • You will need to leave your instrument at MHS after the performance.

If you need to be picked up in Cross Plains (not riding the bus back):

  • Fill out the alternative transportation form on MyPaymentsPlus (same as for MHS sports)

  • Send an email to erothacker@mcpasd.k12.wi.us

  • If you play a school instrument, you need to make sure it goes back to the school with the buses - find someone reliable to assist.
